Mar 2013 Kit Club @ HKMC

Today I would like to share the Mar kit layout with you by using Farmhouse Market Square collections.

Cry
Still in love with doodling and this is my first try of this kind of letters. I don't like it and try to cover it to something else, but Angela Collingwood said it looks perfect! OK, let me keep this as it is for now and you will see improved lettering in the future!

 Man Vs. Wild
Love this dotted background, this only took me 1 hour as I want to make it simple and easy. This photo is one of my favor, It has been two years and the boy becomes naughty now. I smiled when I see this "cute" look. Time flies.

Thanks for stopping by.

Floral Heart Doodling

This is my second try on doodling in the shape style.
First draw a heart lightly using pencil, and fill in with different kind of flowers. Start from the bottom will be easier control. Then remove the pencil line.

This can apply to any shape you have, if you have Big shot machine, you can use Framelits dies to cut out and then draw on that shape, it gives you different sizes of platform to start with.

Thanks for stopping by.

Feb 2013 Kit @ HK Memory Chest

Today I would like to share two layouts i created using Fancy Pants's Hopscotch collection. Love this collection with happy colors, which is good for my kids' photos.

Live the Life you have Imagined
Since I joined a workshop in CHA about zentengle, i really feel i like this doodling so much. Grace also joined but she said it is not her type. I properly not going to teach a class as I think this is so personal and if you are interesting to you will find your way. This style is called Vertical zentengle and I like it because it hangs so many cute stuffs and you can still add on it as desired.

Live Laugh Love with You
This one surprised only took me 1.5 hours to finish. Also learn from CHA Prima sample, use gesso to blend photos into your layout paper, stamp on it and paint on it.

Thanks for stopping by and happy scrapping!

Make a Wish, My Beautiful Girl!

Prima Marketing is always my favourite brand in scrapbooking. Today I would like to share 1 layout using Prima's flowers and stamp.
The background is just a white solid carstock and I have gesso it, color it and paint it with Kaiser color and moudling pastes for patterns. Then I used Donna Downey's Peonies foam stamp to create the flower background. I love this stamp a lot as it is big, you can color it in different color,  and also since it is a foam stamp you can it in a good price.

Love these Prima flowers, any size, any color, any style they are just pefect!

These are cut outs from Prima Doodle Dux paper, they are very cute!

thanks for stopping by!

Gift to Karina Li

Today I would like to share with you a gift I made to my friend who lives in Australia. She just had her first baby boy 7 months ago.
I used a paper box from my newly purchased wallet and decorate them by using patterned papers and stamps. It has a see-through area so it will be perfect to put your photos and even 3D flowers.

Here is the close-up. I also put some dry flowers so it looks more nature.
Here is a card made for my friend Karina Li. She moved to Australia for many years and actually I have not seen her for years. Luckly facebook bring us back together!
 Close-ups for the card:

And finally comes the super little cute slipper for the boy!
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you will enjoy the gift!
